Stands for Sound make decorative yet timeless timber stands for stringed instruments. We understand that your instrument, be it a Guitar, Banjo, Ukulele, Violin or another stringed instrument, is unique. A cherished or well played piece  requires a discerning choice of stand.

Our workshop is located close to the best natural timber locally in Western Australia. These are expertly blended with timbers found across the country. When completed they are exported both locally and worldwide.

Our custom designed, handcrafted stands use timbers chosen for their complementary grain and colour, in which your instrument can be proudly displayed.

In the spirit of “Bespoke” (to be spoken), we will discuss your needs so that your stand is unique. Customisation will also allow the stand and the instrument to compliment the natural light and surroundings where your instrument will be displayed. 

Your instrument is protected from direct contact with any part of the timber or mounts by our design. Your instrument may be brand new, or decades old. Our stands will be there for every part of its musical journey.
